Chevrolet 2h Ton Dump 'truck for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 2 in the amount of $4645.00
as per modified specifications and one 1973 Cab/chassis 2~ Ton for use in construction of
a Fire Truck to be used by the Center Point Volunteer Fire Department, i_n the amount of
$4495.36, as per specifications. The Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw
vouchers in the above amounts to 't'om Benson Company, Inc., payable out of the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund, to be charged against funds received for the year 1972.

On this the 11th da,y of June 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing payment of
office rental for the Probation Officer of the Second Thirty Eighth Judicial District,
in the amount of $100.00 per month, made payable to Leslie Sherman Agency and the Clerk
and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw monthly vouchers, payable out of the General

FUND AND SPECIAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND
On this the 11th day of June 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the following funds and in
the amounts listed:
Flood Control Maintenance Fund $ 10,000.00
Special Right-of-Way Fund $ 12,000.00
and that the sum of $10,G00.00 out of the Flood Control Maintenance Fund be promptly
invested for a period of six months and that the sum of $12,000.OC out of Special. Right-
of-Way Fund be invested for a period of 90 days, pending possible need of these funds for
expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded bar Commissioner
Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that these sums be invested in Interest
Bearing Certificates of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank and that these investments
