On this the 11th day of June 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Valley View Estates
Unit I, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

N0. 11873 ORDER DIRECTING CAP~CELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NOS. 252-257, INC.
On this the 11th day of June 19'.'3, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate Nos. 252-257, Ine., presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves,
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set
out in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient; it is there-
fore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and signed by the County
Judge.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

i~TO. 11874 TRANSFER OF X10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 11th day of June 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to transfer the sum of 8610,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers Salary
Fund.
