On this the 29th day of June 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County accepts the Deed
from Harold G. Bishop for a public roadway in Kerr County Precinct No. 3, being 1.97 acres
of land, more or less, being approximately 1.75 acres out of the H. & 0. B. R. R. Co., Sur-
vey 1 and 0.22 of an acre out of the G. Schellhase Survey No. 463.

N0. 11883 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF VERDE PARR ESTATES
On this the 29th day oŁ June 1873, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Verde Park Estates,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
