request of the Texas State Department of Health for an expression of approval or disapproval
for a proposed municipal solid waste disposa]. facility in the form of an incinerator pro-
posed to be constructed b,y the City of Kerrville within the jurisdictional area of the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County; ard, after a review of the proposed plans and site
location of the facility concerned, it is the finding of the Court that Kerr County should
grant its approval in the public interest. It is ordered on moticn by Commissioner Stene,
seconded by Con•,missioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that, acting in
compliance with the provisions of Sectior. E-1.2 of the "municipal Solid 'rlaste Rules,
Standards, and Regulations" of the Texas State Department of Health, the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr Count~~ does hereby ;;rant its approval of the aforesaid facility.
