claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out o_f Road and Bridge :To s. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2 and
4, County Law Library, Jury, General, Officers Salary and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as
shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1607 thru 1610 , Voucher Nos. 35510
thru 35667 which were made a part hereof and of this order.

On this the yth day of July 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, 'Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Comriissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed wit:: the County Clerk for future reference >and subject to audit.

officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1973 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund ________________________________ in the amount of 36981.95.
