of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 9th day of July 1)73, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2 and
4, County Law Library, Jury, General, Officers Salary and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as
shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1607 thru 1610 , Voucher Nos. 35510
thru 35667 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Diotion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11891 T^IONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of July 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports oŁ June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the ssme
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
snd should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed ;with the County Cler'r, for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 9th day of July 1973, came on to be considered by the Court tree quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie A1. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1973 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund -------------------------------- in the amount of X6981.95.
Also ~.uarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of x4153.60.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Ccurt
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Cleric.
