report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her ir.
her hands for the period from January 1, 1973 and ending June 30, 1973 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of ~y6981.95.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Schooethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

to the Court that the requested payment is necessary so that AACOG may meet its funding
obligations and it further ~:ppearing to the Court that the bidder has posted a 1000
performancebond with AACOG to insure full bid compliance, it is ordered on motion by

~ that Kerr County pay the final7.y adjusted cost of the Radio Equipment covered in the amount

the General Fund of Kerr County in t?Ze amount of x4,409.15, payable tc Alamo Area Council
of Governments in payment for Kerr County's shy=re of the cost of the aforesaid R::dio Equip-
