report of all. receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her ir.
her hands for the period from January 1, 1.873 and ending June 30, 1973 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X6981.95.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and sriould be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

Agencies which have heretofore been ordered for purchase by Kerr County pursuant to Equip-
ment Bids heretofore accepted by the Alamo Area Counci]. of Gevernr:ents and it a;~pearing
	to the Court that the	requested payment is necessary so that AACOG may meet its funding
	obligations ar?d it fu	rther :appearing to the Court that the bidder ha:, posted	a 1000
	performancebond with	e":A COG to insure full bid compliance, it is ordered or. mo	tion by

~	that Kerr Co~.znty pay	the finally adjusted cost of the Radio Equipment covered	in t're :,mount

the General Fund of Kerr County i.n the amount of ;4,409.15, payable tc Alamo Area Council
of Governments in payment for Kerr County's share of the cost of the aforesaid Radio Equip-
ment.
