On this the 9th day of July 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the ser:.i-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her hands for the period from January 1, 1973 and ending June 30, 1973 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amorznt of ~y6981.95.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and sho~zld be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

the letter request of the Alamo Area Council of Governments for certain items of Police
Radio Equipment for use b;,+ the Kerr County Sheriff's Office and other local Law Enforcement
Ager_cies vinich have reretcfore been ordered for purchase by Kerr County pursuant to 1:quip-
r!:ert Bids heretofore accepted by the Alamo Area Council of Governments and it appearing
to the Court th-xt the requested payment is necessary so that AACOG may meet its funding
obligations and it further appearing to the Court that the bidder has po:,ted a 1000
performancebond with I:ACOG to insure full. bid compliance, it is ordered on motion by

1973, at a salary of OC4010.00 per annum, payable out of the General Fund.

by Comsiissi.oner B~irtel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Dennis R.
Buckner, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr. County, Texas,be fixed at x7200.00 per annum, effective
July 1, 1973.
