conditioned upon final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including
current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered
that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right-
of-Way Fund in the amount of X1,600.00, payable to Charles PI. Moncrief and Laverne F.
Moncrief, which voucher shall be delivered to them upon final approval for filing and
recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their Right of Wray Deed as aforesaid.

E. FIELDS, AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUATTY, TEXAS
On this the 20th day of July 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Paul E. Fields
as Deputy Srieriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that said applica-
tion should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize Paul E. Fields as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective the date of
his qualification, the same being the 20th day of July 1973, at a salary of X7200.00 per
annum, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
