be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificates of Depo^its shall be fora period
of 90 days from date of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned rnd in the amounts above set ford: to effect the
