since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the
Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General,
Officers Salary, County Law Library, Revenue Sharing Trust and Jury r'unds, as shown in the
Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1628 thru 1631 , Voucher Nos. 36056 thru 36208
which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11934 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 10th day of September 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of August of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 11937 APPROVAL OF 1973 TAX ROLL BY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
On this the 10th day of September 1973, with the County Judge and County Commissioners
sitting as a Board of Equalization, did carefully examine the Tax Rolls made up from the
approved assessments by Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector for Kerr County, and for
the year 1973 and did find that all Surveys and parts of Surveys of land, and all lots and
blocks of the cities and towns of this County and all personal property, insofar as they
were able to ascertain have been assessed for taxes for the year 1973 at its true and full
market or real value.
The 1973 tax roll reflects the following
