N0. 11943 SECRETARIAL ALLOWANCE FOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 10th day of September 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the secretarial allowance
for the District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, formerly the Second Thirty Eighth
Judicial District, be fixed at $1915.20 per annum, effective September 1, 1973. This allow-
ance is in lieu of the Secretarial allowance for the District Attorney, formerly designated
as the Second Thirty Eighty Judicial District.

N0. 11944 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF IN GRAM HILLS
On this the 10th day of September 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Ingram Hills, subject
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County,
until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

N0. 11945 APPORTIONMENT OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 10th day of September 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $20,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

N0. 11947 ORDER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH THOS. Y. PICKETT & COMPANY, INC. TO APPRAISE ^
PUBLIC UTILITY PROPERTIES IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 10th day of September 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, with Commissioners Sallee and Bartel and County Judge
Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioners Schwethelm and Stone voting "NO", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County enter into a contract with Thos. Y.
Pickett & Company, Inc., Evaluation Engineers, to appraise all public utility properties
in Kerr County, Texas, to establish valuations as of January 1, 1974.

seconded by Commissioner Sallee, with Commissioners Sallee and Bartel and County Judge
Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioners Schwethelm and Stone voting "NO", said
motion carrying by a majority vote, that the contract submitted by Thos. Y. Pickett &
Company, Inc., Evaluation Engineers, to render services to appraise all public utility
properties in Kerr County, Texas, as per proposal set forth in Order No. 11947, be approved.
