N0. 11943 SECRETARIAL ALLOWANCE FOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT On this the 10th day of September 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second- ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the secretarial allowance for the District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District, formerly the Second Thirty Eighth Judicial District, be fixed at $1915.20 per annum, effective September 1, 1973. Y. PICKETT & COMPANY, INC. TO APPRAISE ^ PUBLIC UTILITY PROPERTIES IN KERR COUNTY On this the 10th day of September 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, with Commissioners Sallee and Bartel and County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioners Schwethelm and Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County enter into a contract with Thos. Y.
