Buckner, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be confirmed, effective September 28, 1973

by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved payment to Hill Country Telephone
Cooperative, Inc., in the amount of $567.98, for utility adjustment on Highway 41 extension
at Mountain Home, Texas and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher,
payable to Hill Country Cooperative, Inc., in the amount of $567,98, payable out of Special
Right-of-Way Fund.

On this the 9th day of October 1973, came on to be examined by the Court Certificates
of Cancellation, Certificate Nos. 258, 259 and 260, presented to the Court by Juanita
Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the
reasons set out in said Certificates for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient;
it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said certificates be granted and signed by
the County Judge.
