ETC., FOR USE OF BUILDINGS IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION NOVEMBER
6, 1973
On this the 12th day of November 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election
Officials as per claims on file at S2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $5.00 for bringing
in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to various places for the use
of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election held
November 6, 1973.

NO. 11989 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF E. A. SCHREIBER, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF HARDY BART
PURVIS, AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of November 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Hardy Bart Purvis as
Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that said application
should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
~' Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize Hardy Bart Purvis, as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective the date of
his qualification, at a salary of 57,200.00 per annum, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust
Fund.

On this the 16th day of November 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of General Road & Bridge, Road & Bridge No. 2, Road & Bridge No.
3, General, Officers Salary and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Minutes of
Accounts Allowed on Page 1648, Voucher Nos. 36852 thru 36859, which were made a part hereof
and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.
