Sallee Adolph Bartel Roger Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 2 Commissioner Precinct 3 Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 11998 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF TOM BENSON COMPANY, INC., FOR TWO-1974 MODEL FOUR DOOR SEDANS FOR KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 10th day of December 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed bids for two 1974 Model four door sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's Office. Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bid of Tom Benson Company, Inc., be accepted as the lowest and best bid, as follows: Unit #1 -Net Difference - $2,225.00 - Chevrolet Special Equipped Bel Air Sedan- 1974 Model, with trade in of 1971 Chevrolet 4-Door Sedan. Unit #2 -Net Difference - $2,695.00 - Chevrolet Special Equipped Bel Air Sedan- 1974 Model, with trade in oŁ 1972 Chevrolet 4-Door Sedan.
