Treasury Note Series C 1975 now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract
"" entered into between the said Sank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, Page 148
of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on April 19, 1973;
And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell the said Series
C 1975 Treasury Note and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitu-
tion of acceptable securities,
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm and seconded by Commissioner Sallee,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner
Bank be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to substitute one
5100,000.00 U. S. Treasury Note Series B dated May 15, 1968 and due May 15, 1975, for the
following previously pledged U. S. Treasury Note:
One $100,000.00 U. S. Treasury Note Series C 1975 being No. 702 due 8/15/75;
And it is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the
custodian of the aforesaid U. S. Treasury Note No. 702 be, and is hereby, authorized to
.., release it to the said Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt of the one $100,000.00 U. S.
Series B 1975 dated 5/15/68 and due 5/15/75 and to hold the said Treasury Note
Treasury Note/as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the
existing depository pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court
provide certified copies of this order to each Bank concerned.

NO. 12008 APPORTIONMENT OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND
On this the 10th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $10,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts.

NO. 12009 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF MURRAY HEIGHTS SECTION 2
On this the 10th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Murray Heights Section
2, subject to the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kerrville.

by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
