~5~ COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION DECEMBER 14, 1973 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following officers present: Julius R. Neunhoffer County Judge Clinton M. Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 12011 OFFER TO KERRVILLE HILLS RANCH ESTATES, INC. FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 14 day of December, 1973 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as Right of Way Parcel No. 15 from Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, Inc., a corporation, Łor the re- construction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations between the corporate officers of the said corporation and Kerr County an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 15 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, Inc. the sum of $2,205.97 as compensation for land and damages for its conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land out of Lot No. 12 of said Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, comprising 0.606 acres out of Survey No. 147, N. Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and ~~. recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the corporation's properly executed right of ^y:. way deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Floyd M. Burgess, et al, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $2,205.97 payable to Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, Inc., which voucher shall be delivered to the said corporation upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the corporation's deed and partial release of lien as aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12012 OFFER TO KERRVILLE HILLS RANCH ESTATES, INC. Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the corporation's properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Floyd M.
