~~ Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, Inc., which voucher shall be delivered to the said corpora- r.. tion upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the corporation's deed and partial release of lien as aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12015 ORDER CONCURRING IN BID ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR RENDITION OF AMBULANCE SERVICE FOR THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERB COUNTY On this the 14th day of December, 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of a bid submitted to the City of Kerrville for the rendition of ambulance service for the City and County commencing January 1, 1974; and it appearing to the Court that the bid of Plummer Funeral Homes, Inc. of Kerrville, Texas proposing to render such services for a one year period commencing January 1, 1974 at 12:01 a. m. on the basis of cost plus 10% has been heretofore received by the City of Kerrville pursuant to advertise- went for competitive bids pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas and that said bid was on the 11th day of December, 1973 accepted by the City Council of the City of Kerrville subject to the concurrence therein by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County; and it further appearing to the Court that the public health and welfare of the citizens of Kerr County and the City of Kerrville make it obligatory to furnish ambulance service c~~~ il~ commencing January 1, 1974, and that it would be to the best interests of Kerr County to join with the City of Kerrville in providing for such services, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby joins with and concurs with the City of Kerrville in the acceptance of the bid of Plummer Funeral Homes, Inc. as aforesaid; and it is further order- ed that the County Judge be authorized to join with representatives of the City of Kerrville and Plummer Funeral Homes, Inc. to draft a written contractual agreement for the implementa- tion of the rendition of ambulance service pursuant to the aforesaid bid and the bid specifi- cations of the City of Kerrville. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12016 ORDER RESCINDING ORDER NO. 11998 - RE: ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF TOM BENSON COMPANY, INC., FOR TWO 1974 MODEL 4-DOOR SEDANS FOR THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 14th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second- ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 11998 - Re: Accept- ance of Bid of Tom Benson Company, Inc., for two 1974 Model 4-Door Sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department be rescinded and that new bids be authorized/p°ursuant specifications. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12017 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TWO 1974 MODEL FOUR DOOR SEDANS FOR THE KERB COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 14th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second- ed by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for two 1974 Model 4-Door Sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department. Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Bid price to include trade-in of one 1971 Chevrolet 4-Door Sedan and one 1972 Chevrolet Four Door Sedan, less radio and other special police equipment. Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., January 14, 1974, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids as to either unit.
