NO. 12018 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 28th day of December 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts
since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the
Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 3, General, Officers
Salary and County Law Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed on page
1657 Voucher Nos. 37195 thru 37227, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.

NO. 12019 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HI SENATOR MOBILE HOME ESTATES
On this the 28th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hi Senator
Mobile Home Estates.

NO. 12020 RESIGNATION OF THOMAS W. POLLARD, COUNTY ATTORNEY, EFFECTIVE MIDNIGHT, DECEMBER
31, 1973
On this the 28th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Thomas W. Pollard,as County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, be accepted with extreme regret,
effective Midnight, December 31, 1973.

NO. 12021 ORDER APPOINTING JAMES C. NOGUES AS COUNTY ATTORNEY OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1974
On this the 28th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that James C. Nogues be
appointed to fill the vacancy of the office of County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas,
effective January 1, 1974 and that he be appointed to serve until the next succeeding
General Election and until his successor qualifies.

NO. 12022 APPROVAL OF BOND OF JAMES C. IvTOGUES AS COUNTY ATTORNEY OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 28th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Bond of James C. Nogues
as County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, effective January 1, 1974.

NO. 12023 TERMINATION OF ALLOWANCE OF HERSCHAL POWELL
On this the 28th day of December 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel,
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the termination of the

NO. 12024 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF K. W. HOLLIMAN FOR GRAVEL
On this the 4th day of January 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the claim of K. W. Holliman for 935
yards of gravel ~ 30~ per yard, in the amount of $280.50, payable out of Road & Bridge No. 1
Fund and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
S280.50, payable to K. W. Holliman.
