ORDER AMMENDING ORDER NO. 11951 RE: GRANT AGREEMENT FOR FUNDING
IMPROVEMENTS AT LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD AIRPORT
On this the 19th day of October, 1973 came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of ammending its Order No. 11951
entered on the 28th day of September, 1973 and it appearing to the Court
that the Federal Aviation Administration has requested that the agreement
marked "Exhibit A " to said Order No. 11951 be ratified, confirmed and
approved nunc pro tunc September 25, 1973, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Bartel seconded by Commissioner Sallee
and approved by a majority vote of the Court that the aforesaid agreement
annexed as "Exhibit A" to said Order No. 11951 be in all things ratified,
confirmed and approved nunc pro tunc September 25, 1973 together with
the execution thereof by the County Judge of Kerr County and the attestation
thereto by the County Clerk of Kerr County.
