On this the 12th day of February, 1973, came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a Parcel of
land from Lloyd Colbath and wife, Irene Colbath, required for
Right»of-Way for the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway
16, and it agpearing t® the Court that the landowners concerned
have expressed a willingness to accept a prior letter offer made
behalf of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner

~ of an outstanding Vendors Lien by the Hi11 County Federal Savings
and Lean Association, Inc., as to the land conveyed, which approval
shall be conditioned upon final title approval and payment of all
ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed a«~
gainst the property conveyed, as well as the execution of the par..
tial release of Vendor-s Lien as aforesaid, and it is further or..

voucher on the Highway 16 Right-of~-Way Fund in the amount of $990.00
