Precinct 1 Adolph Bartel Commissioner- Precinct 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12054 APPROVAL OF CITY-COUNTY AMBULANCE CONTRACT On this the 28th day of January 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County join in with the City of Kerrville in approval of a written contract with W. A. Plummer, Sr., pursuant to bid previously accepted. CITY-COUNTY AMBULANCE CONTRACT As of January 1, 1974, the City of Kerrville ("City"'), County of Kerr ("County"), and W. A. Plummer, Sr. ("Plummer"), hereby enter into this City-County Ambulance Contract as follows: 1. Bid Proposal. Attached to this contract and incorporated herein by reference as though set forth verbatim, are pages 2 through 9 of the "B:id Proposal-Ambulance Service for the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, Texas". in the event, however, of any conflict between the provisions of such attachment and this contractual instrument, the terms of this instru- ment shall control. 2. Compensation. By the tenth (10th) day of the month next following that month in which ambulance service was provided, City and County sha:11 pay to Plummer the sum of Three thousand and no/100 dollars ($3,000.00). In addition thereto, Plummer shall be paid one-half (1/2) of the collections which were in the collection escrow account (hereinafter provided) as of the last day of the preceding month. 3. Collections for Service. As stated in the attached, Plummer shall do the billing and collecting for all services. On each call Plummer shall send a statement to the patient, or in those instances where it is not feasible to send a statement to the patient, then to
