NO. 12055 ORDER AUTHORIZING MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO W. A. PLUMMER, SR. FOR RENDITION OF
AMBULANCE SERVICE AS PER CONTRACT AND PROVIDING PROCEDURES FOR DISPOSITION
OF FEES COLLECTED BY CONTRACTOR
On this the 28th day of January, 1974 came on to be heard and considered by this Court
the matter of authorizing monthly payments to W. A. Plummer, Sr. for the rendition of
ambulance service pursuant to his bid as previously accepted by the City of Kerrville and
Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has this date joined with the
City of Kerrville in the approval of a written contract with W. A. Plummer, Sr., which
contract provides for the City and County to each pay the said contractor the sum oŁ $1,500.00
per month for the rendition of ambulance service; and it further appearing to the Court that
the said contract provides that all fees collected by the said contractor for ambulance
service rendered shall be deposited on a monthly basis in a special account at the Chas.
Schreiner Bank to be designated as the "City-County Ambulance Service Account", it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously
approved by the Court that:
1. The Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund of
Kerr County in the amount of $1,500.00 after the conclusion of each calendar month of the 12
month period for which the rendition of ambulance service has been contracted, the said
voucher to be drawn and delivered by the 10th day of each month following which service has
been rendered commencing with the conclusion of the month of January, 1974, the said vouchers
to be made payable to W. A. Plummer, Sr.
2. It is ordered that the County Treasurer of Kerr County join with the responsible
fiscal authority of the City of Kerrville in establishing, effective February 1, 1974, a bank
account at the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas to be designated as "City-County
Ambulance Service Account" with the two officials concerned or their authorized deputies
being joint signatories on such account; and it is further ordered that following the deposit
of each calendar month's collections for ambulance service in the said account by W. A.
Plummer, Sr. as per contractual provisions, the Treasurer of Kerr County be authorized to join
with the responsible fiscal authority of the City of Kerrville in paying one half of each
month's deposited receipts to the said W. A. Plummer, Sr., as per contract; and it is further

ordered that the remaining one half of the deposited monthly receipts be transferred from
~~ time to time to the City of Kerrville and Kerr County in equal amounts to each.
