M. & Lateral Road Fund, $10,000.00 out of Road & Bridge No. 2 Fund and $12,000.00 out of Special Right-of-way Fund be invested in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be made as soon as practi- cable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall be for a period of 90 days from date of investment. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore- said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12060 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE 1974 TWO TON DUMP TRUCK FOR USE BY KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. 3 and ONE 1974 TWO TON DUMP TRUCK FOR USE BY KERB COUNTY PRECINCT NO. 4 On this the 11th day of February 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for one 1974 two ton dump truck for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 3 and one 1974 two ton dump truck for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 4, with trade-in allow- ance for one 1964 Chevrolet two ton dump truck by Kerr County Prec. No. 4. Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas. Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., March 11, 1974, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
