On this the 11th day of March 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second- ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the acceptance of delivery of one 1974 Ford Custom 500 Four Door Sedan for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department and authorized payment to Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc., in the net amount of 52485.00, with trade in of one 1972 Chevrolet 4 door sedan, payable out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12077 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FOR SETTLEMENT IN LIEU OF FENCING ON RELOCATED PORTION OF FALL CREEK ROAD On this the 11th day of March 1974 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposal of Louis Kisida for a cash settlement in lieu of fencing on a portion of the Fall Creek Road in Precinct No. 1 and it appearing to the Court that the construction of a new bridge across Turtle Creek on the Fall Creek Road and the resulting relocation of a portion of said road across lands formerly owned by Meek-Syfan Ranch Brokerage, Inc. and now owned by Louis Kisida has left a portion of the abutting land of Louis Kisida which was formerly enclosed with livestock fencing open and unseparated from a portion of said roadway which Kerr County had previously obligated itself to enclose with fencing running from the north bank of Turtle Creek south to a point in said relocated road where a cattle guard had been ` proposed to be constructed across the said Fall Creek Road; and it further appearing to the Court that neither said fencing or cattle guard have been installed by Kerr County and that the said Louis Kisida has proposed to accept the sum of $500,00 as a cash settlement in lieu of the construction of any additional fencing along the west side of the road easement granted Kerr COUIItV hV hi c nrAAcrcccr..- . « +: i~ - .•--~- ^ -^ -
