of April 1974 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 12091 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of April 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2 and 4,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library and Revenue Sharing
Trust Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1684 thru 1687 ,
Voucher Nos. 38054 thru 38222 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12092 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of April 1974, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of March of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved, therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 8th day of April 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1974 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $8,529.70.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $3150.00. It
appearing that said reports are in due form and should be approved; on motion made by Commis-
sioner Bartel seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm the Court unanimously approved said

On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by

Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved an extension of the monthly allow-
ante of Nannie Sherman Łor a period of six months, effective May 1, 1974, in the amount of
540.00 per month, payable out of the General Fund,

NO. 12095 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF JUANITA REEVES, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS, FOR APPOINTMENT OF ANN STAPP AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 8th day of April 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor/Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to
appoint and deputize Ann Stapp as Deputy Tax Assessor/Collector of Kerr County, Texas and
it appearing to the Court that said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion
made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously
approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Ann Stapp as Deputy Tax Assessor/Collec-
for of Kerr County, effective the date of her qualification, the same being April 8, 1974,
at a salary of $5,100.00 per annum, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

FOR APPOINTMENT OF LYDIA J. MILLER AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK AND SALARY ADJUSTMENT
OF LOIS HUDSON, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 8th day of April 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint
and deputize Lydia J. Miller as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing
to the Court that said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by
Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that
said officer be authorized to deputize Lydia J. Miller as Deputy County Clerk oŁ Kerr County,
Texas, effective the date of her qualification, the same being April 8, 1974, at a salary
of $5,100.00 per annum, payable out of Officers Salary Fund and that the salary of Lois
Hudson, Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be fixed at 55,100.00 per annum, effec-
tive April 1, 1974.

NO. 12097 APPOINTMENT OF E. L. WILDMAN AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT

On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that E. L. Wildman be appointed
Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 16, to fill the vacancy caused by the
death of E. H. Ross, Alternate Presiding Judge.

N0. 12098 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE BUILDING MAY 9,
10, 11 and 12, 1974
On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted use
of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, May 9, 10, 11 and 12th, 1974 for his annual lamb
sale and on the 12th of May, a club calf sale will be held at the Agriculture Exhibition
Building, at a charge of $25.00 per day, plus clean-up.
