M. ROAD 480 On this the 8th day of April, 1974 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of quitclaiming three parcels of abandoned right of way of F. M. Road 480 to the abutting landowners who are the donors and/or successors in title to the original donors who originally donated certain road easements to Kerr County for the public road between Camo Verde and Center Point which was subsequently designated as F. M. Road 480 by the Texas Highway Department; and it appearing to the Court that the reconstruction of F. M. Road 480 by the Texas Highway Department has left three segments of abandoned right of way which are no longer required for use by the public as a roadway, and that pursuant to prior request by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, the State of Texas has by virtue of a quitclaim deed recorded in Vol. 171, page 508, of the Kerr County deed records, quitclaimed all right, title and interest of the State of Texas in and to these three parcels of right of way to Kerr County; and it further appearing to the Court that, as a portion of the consideration offered by Kerr County to the present abutting land owners who granted right of way for the reconstruction of F. M.
