Building between Riverside Drive and the Guadalupe River, for supervised camping during the Texas State Arts & Craft Fair, May 24th - 27th, 1974. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12100 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 11764 RELATIVE TO PAYMENT OF CERTAIN SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES FROM REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND On this the 8th day of April, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 11,764 as entered by the Court on the 8th day of January, 1973, which order provides for the payment of certain salaries and allowances from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, and, it appearing to the Court that from time to time there may be occasions when the balance in the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund as maintained by the County Treasurer may be insufficient to meet the regular monthly salary and allowance payments as set for the officials and their deputies named in the said order No. 11764, it is ordered by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that said Order No. 11764 be amended so as to provide that, on such occasions as there may be an insufficient balance in the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to pay all of the regular monthly salaries and allowances ordered to be paid from said fund pursuant to the provisions of said order, the Clerk and the Treasurer shall draw vouchers on said fund in a sufficient amount to deplete its balance as nearly as practicable, and that the remaining vouchers required to pay the regular monthly salaries and allowances set forth in said Order No. 11764 shall be drawn on the same funds on which they were previously drawn prior to the entry of Order No. 11764. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12101 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF FIRE TRUCK FOR CENTER POINT VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT FROM SIMMS FIRE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the acceptance of delivery of a Fire Truck for the Center Point Volunteer Fire Department £rom Simms Fire Equipment Company, Inc., as per contract, in the amount of $8,497.00. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 12102 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO ABANDONED PORTIONS OF RIGHT OF WAY OF F. M. ROAD 480 On this the 8th day of April, 1974 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of quitclaiming three parcels of abandoned right of way of F. M. Road 480 to the abutting landowners who are the donors and/or successors in title to the original donors who originally donated certain road easements to Kerr County for the public road between Camp Verde and Center Point which was subsequently designated as F. M. Road 480 by the Texas Highway Department; and it appearing to the Court that the reconstruction o£ F. M. Road 480 by the Texas Highway Department has left three segments of abandoned right of way which are no longer required for use by the public as a roadway, and that pursuant to prior request by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, the State of Texas has by virtue of a quitclaim deed recorded in Vol. 171, page 508, of the Kerr County deed records, quitclaimed all right, title and interest of the State of Texas in and to these three parcels of right of way to Kerr County; and it further appearing to the Court that, as a portion of the consideration offered by Kerr County to the present abutting land owners who granted right of way for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 480, Kerr County did agree to quitclaim back to them the three parcels of right of way concerned; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm , seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge of Kerr County is hereby authorized and directed to execute three quitclaim deeds to the landowners concerned as follows: 1. Quitclaim deed to Henry Wellborn and wife Helen Wellborn as to 0.680 acres of land out of Survey 46, E. Williams, being the first tract described in the aforesaid quitclaim deed from the State of Texas to Kerr County, this conveyance being in accordance with the provisions of Commissioners' Court Order No. 11,247. 2. Quitclaim deed to John Lapham as to 0.489 acres of land out of Survey 596, E. Williams, being the second tract described in the aforesaid quitclaim deed from the State of Texas to Kerr County, this conveyance being in accordance with the provisions of Commis- ~'~ sinners Court Order No. 11,290. 3. Quitclaim deed to Ida Limberger Kneese as to 1.503 acres of land out of Survey 104, Kneeland Taylor, being the third tract described in the aforesaid quitclaim deed from the State of Texas to Kerr County, this conveyance being in accordance with the provisions of Commissioners' Court Order No. 11,419. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12103 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF WATERS EDGE RETREAT On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Waters Edge Retreat. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12104 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF CEDAR KIDGE SUBDIVISION On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner 5chwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Cedar Ridge Subdivision, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify said maintenance. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12105 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED On this the 8th day of April 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 6, 1974, which included: County School Trustee Election, Commissioners Prec. #1 Hunt Independent School District Divide Common School District #12 Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in Volume 6, Page 20, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved said returns. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12106 TRANSFER OF $6,300.00 FROM FLOOD CONTROL MAINTENANCE FUNll TO GENERAL FUND On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner 5chwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $6,300.00 from the Flood Control Maintenance Fund to the General Fund, to repay temporary transfer made to retire bonds. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12107 TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND On this the 8th day of April 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
