James and wife, Jo Ann James, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations between the prior corporate owners and the present owners and Kerr County an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 8 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Gerald D. James and wife, Jo Ann James, the sum oŁ $2,402.05 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land out of Lot No. 5 of Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, comprising 0.635 acres out of Survey No. 147, N. Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the owners' properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $2,402.05 payable to Gerald D.
