AND WIFE, LILLIAN STIELER REAL FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 13th day of May, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Denartment as right of way parcel No. 30A from Felix R. Real, Jr. and wife, Lillian Stieler Real, for the recon- struction of State Highway 16, ---------- and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations between the owners and Kerr County an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 30A has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Felix R. Real, Jr. and wife, Lillian Stieler Real, the sum of $506.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.184 acres out of Survey No. 400, J. L. Lester, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the owners' properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $506.00 payable to Felix R. A-2, 1974-75 On this the 13th day of May, 1974, came on to be heard by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, sitting at its regular May, 1974 term and at its first regular meeting occur- ing more than 5 days subsequent to the 19th day of April, 1974, the matter of approval and/or disapproval of the provisions of Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. A-2, 1974-75 as adopted by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the State of Texas on April 29, 1974, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered that those portions of said Proclamation not hereinafter disapproved by specific reference or by indirect reference are deemed to be approved and that the following portions, provisions and sections of said Proclamation No. A-2 are hereby disapproved: I. All of Section 4.04.
