for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1974 and ending on the 30th day of April
1974, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

approved by the Court.

On this the 23rd day of May 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of H. B. Purvis,
Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective May 23, 1974,
and that he be granted leave with pay through May 31, 1974.

NO. 12138 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF E. A. SCHREIBER, SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR
APPOINTMENT OF DALE M. BROWN AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of May 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
Dale M. Brown as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that
said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authoriz-
ed to deputize Dale M. Brown as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $7800.00
per annum, effective the date of his qualification, said salary payable out of Kevenue Sharing
Trust Fund.
