Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12141 ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS OF COX PAVING COMPANY OF BLANCO, TEXAS FOR PAVING & SEAL COATING On this the 10th day of June 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the combined bids of Cox Paving Company of Blanco, Texas, for paving and seal coating various county roads in Precinct No. 1, 2 and 3 in Kerr County, Texas, be accepted as the lowest and best bids. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12142 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 10th day of June 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 3, General, Officers Salary, Revenue Sharing Trust, General Road & Bridge, Kerr County Public Library and County Law Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1700 thru 1704 Voucher Nos. 38633 thru 38789 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12143 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 10th day of June 1974, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of May of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approved, therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
