Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12141 ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS OF COX PAVING COMPANY OF BLANCO, TEXAS FOR PAVING & SEAL COATING On this the 10th day of June 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the combined bids of Cox Paving Company of Blanco, Texas, for paving and seal coating various county roads in Precinct No. 1, 2 and 3 in Kerr County, Texas, be accepted as the lowest and best bids. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12142 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 10th day of June 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 3, General, Officers Salary, Revenue Sharing Trust, General Road & Bridge, Kerr County Public Library and County Law Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1700 thru 1704 Voucher Nos. 38633 thru 38789 which were made a part hereof and of this order. On this the 10th day of June 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one 1974 Ford F 602 134 Chassis Cab for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 3 in the amount of $5850.00 and it is ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Road and Bridge Fund, made payable to Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc. in the amount of $5850.00, for said Chassis Cab. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF KERR PETITION TO DISCONTINUE ROAD TO THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS: COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS WHEREAS, there presently exists an easement and way of access lying in Precinct No. 4, in Kerr County, Texas, being more Fully described as follows, to-wit: Said road lying entirely within the old G. C. Duderstadt Ranch properties which formerly was used as an access between that property generally known as the Reservation area of Kerr County, Texas, to the Harper-Kerrville Road. Said road is no longer used as a through road since the construction of IH 10 which divides said road. Said road begins off of State Highway No. 27 at the property line of Dr. James A. Bloys (formerly J. F, Duderstadt for a distance of 1 mile through the property of Dr. James A. Bloys where it terminates at the road bed and right of way line of IH 10. Beginning again at distance of approximately 600 feet on the opposite side of ZH 10 on the J. F. Duderstadt Ranch for a distance of .6 of a mile; thence .3 of a mile through property owned by Leona Ellebracht; and then through property owned by Clarence St. Clair to Farm to Market Road #479;
