MONROE, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR HIGHWAY 16 On this the 17th day of June, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring 4 tracts of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as Right of Way Parcel No. 26A from G. E. Lehmann and wife, Frances H. Lehmann, and Gordon H. Monroe and wife, Peggy S. Monroe, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 26A has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay G. E. Lehmann and wife, Frances H. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe and wife, Peggy S. Monroe, the sum of $24,435.00 as compensation for land and damages for their convey- ance to the State of Texas of 4 tracts of land out of various surveys, comprising 11.635 acres and designated as Parcel No. 26A, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of outstanding liens by Travelers Insurance Company and by Guadalupe Land Company, Inc., which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authoriz- ed to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $24,435.00 payable to G. E. Lehmann, Frances H. Lehmann, Gordon H. Monroe and Peggy S.
