Price, Jr. and wife, Gloria Price, the sum of $4,000.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land out of Lot No. 11 of Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, com- prising 0.861 acres out of Survey No. 147, N. Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Hill Country Savings and Loan Association, Inc., which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and pay- ment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $4,000.00 payable to R. F.
