NO. 12171 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 8th day of July 1974, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements oŁ the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in
her hands for the period from January 1, 1974 and ending June 30, 1974 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,479.30.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12172 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1974
On this the 8th day of July 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
ment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen
precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 43 thru 49,
Record of Election Judges Łor Kerr County, Texas, recorded in Volume 2.

NO. 12173 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 8th day of July 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent
School Fund;
And it appearing to the Court the sum of $2,000.00 out of the principal account should
be invested as required by law and that such amount which is presently available could be
~~J invested advantageously in a 52,000.00 Ingram Common School District No. 2 Bond, Series of
1950, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and
unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest
$2,000.00 of presently uninvested funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County
„_ Permanent School Funds in one $2,000.00 Ingram Common School District No. 2 Bond, Series of
1950, maturing in 1975.

NO. 12174 ACCEPTANCE OF 1973 AUDIT AND PAYMENT OF SAME
On this the 8th day of July 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Audit of the Kerr County
Records for 1973, as made by Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted and that their claim
in the amount of $6000.00 for their services be paid and that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund for payment of same.

On this the 8th day of July 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 511 thru 521, Volume N.

NO. 12176 APPORTIONMENT OF $12,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day of July 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $12,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts.

On this the 8th day of July 1974, came on to be considered by the Court, the matter
of proposed salary increases for certain elected County Officials of Kerr County, Texas,
pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas. It is ordered that notice be published
once in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the intention of the Commis-
sioners' Court to consider the following proposed salary increases at the regular August 1974
Term, commencing on August 12, 1974, and that such increases, if ordered, shall be effective
August 1, 1974;

N0. 12178 ORDER CANCELLING VOUCHER NO. 38612 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR ISSUANCE OF REPLACEMENT
On this the 9th day of July 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County Treasury Voucher
No. 38612, dated May 31, 1974, issued to Kathleen Syfan in the amount of $3200.40, drawn on
Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund, be cancelled, as requested by her attorney and that a replace-
ment voucher be issued to Kathleen Syfan in the amount of $3200.40.

NO. 12179 TRANSFER OF $12,654.42 FROM SPECIAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND TO HIGHWAY 16 RIGHT OF WAY
FUND
On this the 9th day of July 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and
are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $12,654.42 from the Special Right-of-Way Fund to
the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund and that the Special Right-of-Way Fund be closed on the
books of the Treasurer.
