COUNTY OF KERR I BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 12th
day of August 1974 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 12187 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of August 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,
Jury and County Law Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1717
thru 1721 Voucher Nos. 39158 thru 39348 which were made a part hereof and of this
order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12188 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 12th day of August 1974, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of July of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved, therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

NO. 12189 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASE OF COUNTY JUDGE
On this the 12th day of August 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the proposed salary increase of
the County Judge, as advertised, be granted, effective August 1, 1974, from $8,200.00 per
annum to $9,400.00 per annum. Mr. Leonard Girard was present and voiced his objection to
