NO. 12222 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF OFFICE RENTAL FOR PROBATION UNIT, 216TH JUDICIAL
DISTRICT
On this the 9th day of September 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing payment of office
rental for Probation Unit, 216th Judicial District, in the amount of $100.00 per month to the
Kellogg Building, effective as of September 1, 1974, and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby
authorized to draw monthly vouchers, payable out of the General Fund to Kellogg Building.

NO. 12223 SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR COURT REPORTER, 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT

the Official Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District, at $4004.74 per annum, effective
as of September 1, 1974.

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $12,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts.
