SCHREINER BANK FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 19th day of September, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending a portion of Order No. 12,213 entered on August 30, 1974 and recorded in Vol. N, Page 535 of the minutes of the Commissioners' Court• and it appearing to the Court that the said order No. 12,213 provided for the issuance of a voucher by the Clerk and the Treasurer in the amount of $1,100.00 payable to Russell J. Logan, Patricia Lynn Logan, First National Bank of Kerrville and Chas. Schreiner Bank upon the final filing for recordation of the right of way instruments concerned; and it further appearing to the Court that the lienholder banks have executed and delivered the partial releases of liens concerned and that the said First National Bank of Kerrville and Chas. FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 30th day of September, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as right of way Parcel No. 23 from Charles E. Cramer, Jr., for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations between the owner and Kerr County an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 23 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commis- sioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Charles E, Cramer, Jr. the sum of $445.00 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.157 acres out of Survey No. 148, J. A. Southmayd, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the owners' properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $445.00 payable to Charles E, Cramer, Jr., which voucher shall be delivered to the owner upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed as aforesaid, ~~ o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED SEPTEMBER 30, 1974 at 11:40 o'clock A.
