various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts
since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the
Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Officers Salary, General and County Law Library
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed on page 1730, Voucher Nos. 39622 thru
39624, which were made a part hereof and of this order.

approved by the Court.

COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION SEPTEMBER 30, 1974 at 11:30 o'clock A. M., with

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12231 OFFER TO CHARLES E. CRAh1ER, JR. FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 30th day of September, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as
right of way Parcel No. 23 from Charles E. Cramer, Jr., for the reconstruction of State
Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations between
the owner and Kerr County an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No.
23 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Charles
E. Cramer, Jr. the sum of $445.00 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance
to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.157 acres out of Survey No. 148, J.
A. Southmayd, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas
Highway Department of the owners' properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall
be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current
taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the
Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund
in the amount of $445.00 payable to Charles E. Cramer, Jr., which voucher shall be delivered
to the owner upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department
// of the right of way deed as aforesaid.
