by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and
are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $14,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge Fund
to the Highway 16 Right-of-',9 ay Fund.

On this the 14th day of October 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be,
and are hereby d.irecteci to transfer the sum of $397.13 from the I•'. bl. 480 Right-of-Way Fund
to the F. M. & Lateral Koad Fund and that the F, M. 480 Right-of-Way Fund be closed on the
books of the Treasurer.

NO. 12255 OFFICE RENT AND EXPENSE ALLOWANCE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 216th JUDICIAL
DISTRICT APPROVEll
On this the 14th day of October 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, with Commissioners Sallee and Bartel and County Judge Julius R.
Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner Schwethelm Abstaining from voting, said motion
carrying by a Majority Vote, that the office rent and expense allowance of the District
Attorney of the 216th Judicial District be fixed at $3000.00 per annum, effective October
1, 1974, payable out of the General Fund and in such manner as the District Attorney may
direct.
