Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bid of Kea Stoepel Ford, Inc., be accepted as the lowest and best bid, as follows: Bid on three units - $8695.00 - net bid for three unite, with trade-in allowance for three used units - S5255.00. Bass and wife, Jane L. Bass, and Willard R. Baca, of the County of Kerr, State of Texas, and respectfully files this their application and petition, pursuant to the provisions of Art. 6705 V.T.C.S., signed by at least eight (8) freeholders in the precinct in which the hereinafter mentioned road is located, to discontinue the public road more fully hereinafter described, including specifically a description of the beginning and termiaatioa of such road, after the expiration of at least twenty 120) days notice by written advertisement of applicants' intended application, posted at the court- house door of Kerr County, Texas, and at two other public places in the vicinity of the route of such road, and for such application and petition your applicants would respectfully show to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, that they are the owners of property located near the hereinafter described public road; that such public road has never been improved nor maintained by the county, except with the owners' permission, nor has it ever been opened or used by the public, except with the ownara' permission, and has never been dedicated to the public by the owner, and that there is no public necessity that such road ever be or used as a public road, but on the contrary the same should be closed and discontinued. The public road which your applicants desire to be discontinued and closed is more fully described as follows, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated is the County of Kerr, State of Texas, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: at the southeast corner of a 9.8674 acre tract of land conveyed to Willard R. Bass by W. O.
