On this the 11th day of November 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Treasurer
be, and aze hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road
Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

NO. 12269 GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 11th day of November 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 5, 1974.
Aad the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after
having been opened and Canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume
6, Pages 30 thru 36, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texan, and as certified there-
to by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

NO. 12270 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of November 1974, 'came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quazter beginning August 1, 1974 and ending
October 31, 1974, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
sad subject to audit.
