by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of 514,000.00 from the F, M. & Lateral Road
Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

NO. 12269 GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 11th day of November 1974, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the General Election held on November 5, 1974.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after
having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume
6, Pages 30 thru 36, Record of E}ection Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified there-
to by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

NO. 12270 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECBIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of November 1974, 'came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1974 and ending
October 31, 1974, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

NO, 12271 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT~OF COUNTY TREASURER
Oa this the 12th day of November 1974, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1974 and ending oa the 31st day of
October 1974, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.

And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

NO. 12272 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12,209 OFFER TO RICHARD JOSEPH POTTER AND WIFE SARAH
POTTER FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 22nd day of November, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of amending a portion of Order No. 12,209 entered on August 19, 1974 and record-
ed in Vol. N, page 533 of the minutes of the Commissioners' Court; and it appearing to the ~I
Court that the said order no. 12,209 provided for the issuance of a voucher by the Clerk ~/6
and the Treasurer in the amount of $30,000.00 payable to Richard Joseph Potter, Sarah Potter,
and such person or fiduciary as might sign a certain partial release of ilea as successor
in title to Mae Louise S. Carruth, Deceased, upon the final filing for recordation of the
right of way instruments concerned; and it further appearing to the Court that the lienholder
representative, Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee, executed and delivered
the partial release of lign concerned and has advised by letter that the said successor and
representative of the deceased lienholder does not desire to participate is the consideration
to be paid for the conveyance for the parcel of right of way as referred to in said order
No. 12,209, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Commissioners' Court Order No. 12,209
entered on August 19, 1974 be amended so as to provide that the Clerk and the Treasurer
shall draw a voucher oa the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $30,000.00 payable
to Richard Joseph Potter and wife, Sarah Potter for delivery as originally authorized.
