C. schwethelm Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12272 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12,209 OFFER TO RICHARD JOSEPH POTTER AND WIFE SARAH POTTER FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 22nd day of November, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending a portion of Order No. 12,209 entered on August 19, 1974 and record- ed in Vol. N, page 533 of the minutes of the Commissioners' Court; and it appearing to the ~I Court that the said order no. 12,209 provided for the issuance of a voucher by the Clerk ~/6 and the Treasurer in the amount of $30,000.00 payable to Richard Joseph Potter, Sarah Potter, and such person or fiduciary as might sign a certain partial release of ilea as successor in title to Mae Louise S. Carruth, Deceased, upon the final filing for recordation of the right of way instruments concerned; and it further appearing to the Court that the lienholder representative, Chas.
