COUNTY OF KERR Y BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 9th day
of December 1974 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:
Julius R. Neunhoffer	County Judge			
W. C. Schwethelm	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	1
Clinton M. Sallee	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	2
Adolph Bartel	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	3
Roger Stone	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12274 APPROVAL OF CLAIM3 AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of December 1974, came on to be examined by the Court the vazious
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, Jury, Public Library, County Law Librazy and Permanent Improvement Funds, as shows
in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1755 thru 1758 , Voucher Nos. 40394 thru
40541 which were made a pazt hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Baztel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12275 MONTHLY REPORTS OP COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of December 1974, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of November of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports aze true and correct
and should be approved, therefore upon motion of Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

NO. 12276 DECS!lBSR PAYDAY SET FOR DECEMBER 20, 1974
On this the 9th day of December 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the December 1974 payday be set
for December 20, 1974 for officials, employees and allowances.

NO. 12277 ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 9th day of December 1974, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Hartel, the Court unanimously approved that the annual payment be
made to the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital is the amount of 52500.00, drawn on the General
Fund, toward care of indigent patients.
