ORDER NO. 12198
ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 11, 764 RELATIVE TO PAYMENT OF
CERTAIN SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES FROM REVENUE SHARING TRUST
FUND
On this the 12th day of August, 1974, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of amending order no. 11,764 as entered
by the Court on the 8th day of January, 1973 and as amended by order no.
12,100 entered by the Court on the 8th day of April, 1974, which orders
provided for the payment of certain salaries and allowances from the Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund, and it appearing to the Court that due to the reduction
of funds currently available in the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund an adjustment
should be made in the payments previously authorized by the provisions
of said order no.	11, 764,	it	is ordered on motion by	Commissioner
Bartel		seconded by Commissioner	Stone
			
and unanimously	approved	by	the Court that order no.	11,764 be amended
so as to provide that from and after August 1, 1974 only the following payments
of salaries and allowances shall be made from the said Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund:
1. County Sheriff's salary
2. Salaries of all Deputy Sheriffs other than night watchmen
3. Salary and regular monthly travel allowance of County Tax
Assessor-Collector excluding compensation allowed for administration of
Certificate of Title Act
4. Salaries of Deputies of County Tax Assessors who are paid
a fixed annual salary;
and it is further ordered that all other salaries and allowances and their
expenses heretofore paid out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund becoming
payable after August 1, 1974 be paid out of such funds as they were being
paid from prior to the effective date of said order no. 11,764.
