ORDER NO. 12139 ORDER CONCTJ,RRING IN AMMENDMENTS TO FIRE FIGHTING CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS On this the 31st day of May, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposed ammendments to the existing fire fighting contract with the Gity of Kerrville, Texas, as proposed by the City Council of the City of Kerrville subsequent to the entry Commissioners' Court Order No. 12125 entered by the Court on the 13th day of May, 1974, which order proposed to extend the existing contract for a one year period commencing June 1, 1974; and it appearing to the Court that the proposed ammendments submitted by the City of Kerrville as a condition to the renewal of the present contract for a one year period are justified by reason of the increased costs of operating the Fire Department of the City of Kerrville since the time of the original agreement of the parties when the amount of compensation to be paid the City of Kerrville was arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County does hereby concur with the proposal to extend the existing fire fighting contract between the parties for a one year period commencing June 1, 1974 and ending May 31, 1975 with ammendments to provide that the City of Kerrville is to be paid the sum of $250.00 for each call answered except when the call is answered to the jointly owned City-County airport property when the payment shall be $125.00. /~ ~ %~ ENT5 OREER ~""CURBING IN SECT StITH G CpNTRA 5 Tp FIRE F ~~ KE R~IILLE, TEXA THE CITY _ 31 - ~~ 5
