OFFER TO FREDERICK LOREN HENNEKE AND WIFE, JANET MEEK
HENNEKE, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 2nd day of May, 1974, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated
by the Texas Highway Department as Right of Way Parcel No. 17 from
Frederick Loren Henneke and wife, Janet Meek Henneke, for the recon-
struction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result
of prior negotiations between the prior corporate owners and the present
owners and Kerr County an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the
said Parcel No. 17 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Stone seconded by Commissioner S~~ethelm
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay
Frederick Loren Henneke and wife, Janet Meek Henneke, the sum of
$3,732.64 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the
State of Texas of a parcel of land out of Lot No. 16 of Kerrville Hills
Ranch Estates, comprising 0.969 acres out of Survey No. 147, N. Hoyt,
with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the
Texas Highway Department of the owners' properly executed right of way
deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by the Charles
Schreiner Bank, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval
and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore
assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the
Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway
16 right of way fund in the amount of $3,732.64 payable to Frederick Loren
Henneke and wife, Janet Meek Henneke, and Charles Schreiner Bank, which
voucher shall be delivered to'the owners upon final approval for filing and
recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed and
partial release of lien as aforesaid.
