OFFER TO LLOYD D. BRINKMAN AND WIFE, CHARLOTTE BRINKMAN,
FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 7th day of May, 1974, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acquiring two parcels of land designated
by the Texas Highway Department as Right of Way Parcel Nos. 10 and 11 from
lylbyd D. Brinkman and wife, Charlotte Brinkman, for the reconstruction of

State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior

nbgotiations between the prior corporate owners and the present owners and Kerr
GounEy an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel Nos. 10 and
"11 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Baziiel ,

'by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Lloyd D. Brinkman and wife,

Ghayrlotte Brinkman, the sum of $2, 535. 11 as compensation for land and damages for
their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land out of Lot No. 7
of Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, comprising 0.775 acres out of Survey No.
147, N. Hoyt, and also the sum of $1,785.78 for a parcel of land out of
adjacent Lot No. 8 comprising 0.548 acres, Survey No. 147, N. Hoyt, with payment
being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway
Department of the owners' two properly executed right of way deeds, which
approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem
taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed,
and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $4, 320.89
payable to Lloyd D. Brinkman and wife, Charlotte Brinkman, which voucher
shall be delivered to the owners upon final approval for filing and recordation
by the Texas Highway Department of the two right of way deeds as aforesaid.
